RAY BAN PROMOTION AND ACCESSORIES PURCHASES.
I went to the Lee Summit store twice this week.
The first time I asked to buy Ray Bans, headphones and a watch.
They sold me everything except the glasses, which I was told should be purchased online and not in the store.
When I got home and went to buy them online, there was no longer any promotion, because the glasses must be purchased together with another accessory, to be entitled to a discount.
I went to the store two days later to buy another pair of headphones and another watch and the glasses. I waited more than an hour for them to be able to find the glasses on the website.
When they finally managed to add my account, I was told that I would have to pay for all the accessories in cash, because they didn't have the accessories in the store, so there was no way to add my account.
All this after I had spent almost two hours in the store.
Total lack of preparation! Zero concern for the customer!

This past weekend had the greatest experience inside the Lee Summit AT&T store. It just seemed as if they knew everything I had questions about specifically, Mario very knowledgeable 10 -10 for sure if you’re looking for anything electronic wise or have any questions plz visit him !!!! Keep being great man.

Had a great experience. Had to get 2 upgrades and get a phone transferred. Hem v. Was super helpful and extremely patient. He ran numbers for us and helped us find the right plan and the best options for us. He made sure that us non tech savvy people left with 3 phones all working and with everything transferred over. Super nice and helpful!!! Thank you!

I meant to say David , who helped me upgrade my phone, was very patient, kind attentive to detail. Made this transition very easy. I highly recommend going to this store. I am grateful for his help!
Also I want to thank Hem for his help in replacing my tempered screen protector. He even offered to put the screen protector on for me. I did not have to wait very long . I went during a less busy time for both occasions.

Waiting less than 5 minutes to be helped. Our sales person was David. He provided great customer and service and was easy to work with. Will definitely come back to see him in the future.

Person helping us took close to an hour just to put on a screen protector for 2 phones.
She kept getting up to go to other people. If she would have finished what she was doing with us it would have been maybe 10 minutes.
