Absolutely horrible service for business banking. This location is right next to my house but I will drive as far out of my way as needed to find anywhere else.If you love to waste your time and talk to people that don't care, this is the place for you. I went in to set up a business checking account with the sole purpose of needing ease of transfer between my personal and business account, as well as connecting my business checking with my credit card account that is also through BOA. After scheduling an appointment and speaking with the professional, Brad, he set the account up but didn't link them. He told me I had to come back in again and he would get it fixed, but again it wasn't. After 2 more long calls with customer support, we realized that the guy who helped me get set up did everything wrong and I basically had to start over.So payroll for my business is getting delayed and I have to spend even more time to get this resolved. If you care about your business or value your time, stay away from here.

The staff of this office has no idea about customer service and manners. Today we had an appointment to notarize a document and they rejected to do it because it was a translation. The notary is to verify that the translator is in effect who is signing. The translator is responsible for the content of the document under her license to do that. The staff was disrespectful specially with an old woman with physical limitations of movement. I hope this agency take actions against the employees responsible of this offense and provide proper training to all the staff based on laws and not based on their own beliefs.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency since I first starting going here. Much more helpful than the BOA branch up north which I used before.Jeneae is a delight.

We went to this location this afternoon. Bradley is nice. Notary was done speedy and professional. We were doing business with BAC since Boatman bank time.We like all the locations in KC area.

No one in the building is interested in helping customers. Their surveys speak for themselves. Pick a local credit union to do business. They appreciate customers. BOfA doesn’t at all!

Came in today to move some money around and was happy with my experience. Despite having an irrationally loud and angry customer, Laura kept a cool head and handled the situation with grace and got me in and out quickly. Kudos to Laura!

Apparently this location won't work the last bit of their shift. Only came here to open an new account because of fraudulence on our original and the ones closest to us are temporarily closed. Told to open account online. It took less than 5 minutes online and Bank of America couldn't have A)said the online option on the phone so wages weren't lost trying to make it in before FOUR P.M. while dealing with fraudulence or B) taken 5 minutes WHILE STILL OPEN to help.

This was the first location that wanted to hear about our cashier check!!!!!!!! Had been to two previous locations of BOA both said they have no money not even $5 to give then could write me a new check and I could continue to go on to however many more locations to get the rest but this wasn't even an option with them. I come to this location after being recommended from my own bank that it is the better branch to visit. It took a bit but as expected they did it! They cashed the entire check and it was a fairly large one at that. BOA is still a hard pass when it comes to actually trusting them with the importance of my financial needs. But this location helped me and my opinion is a direct reflection during my experience with them today during the visit. Way to go BOA crew at 10:00am on 5/17/2021 you guys rock!

Should be 0 stars, any time I come here there is one banker "working" but always busy.. the other "banker" stands at a podium and greets people and tries to set up appointments.. instead of taking 5 minutes out of their day for a 25+ year client with multiple high value investment accounts and such.. absolutely pathetic customer service. Surprised I still do any banking with BOA. Good thing I didn't open up my business account here.For the record, he said he could help me just not at this time, I guess he needs all the time to say welcome to the 1 person who walked insideEdit: just going to take the day, go to another location and close all my accounts and move everything to Community America ?

I was going to this location today (Friday) to see a personal banker because the Langsford Branch is closed today, Saturday and, of course, Sunday! Because of heavily negative reviews ( I noticed the 4-star reviews have no comments... conveniently odd) I will wait for Monday when the Langsford location is back open!

Not a very friendly staff at all! Called ahead before going in there to ask a question. I was told one thing...then when I got there I was told the complete opposite! Then Relationship Manager Debbie Hall (who I spoke with on the phone) made it seem like it was my fault for not asking more questions, and instead of trying to defuse the situation she escalated it by raising her voice at me and insulting me. Way different than the awesome customer service that I am use to at the other Lees Summit location

I have had a very negative experience with this BOA. Typically we use the BOA on Langsford. During COVID19 times everyone seems to be short and rude. I was outside standing in the heat, until it was my turn to enter the establishment. They had two lanes open, as far away from each other as possible (which I appreciated). I saw a patron getting ready to leave so I stood in his line, at least 12 feet away from them. Then what I hope IS NOT a manager, hollered from behind the counter "STAND IN THE MIDDLE BY THE DOOR" as she walked around the counter discussing what she should order for lunch with another coworker who appeared to be doing nothing. I approached the teller when I was asked to and I expressed my frustrations, recommending they put a sign or stand out so patrons knew where to stand to follow their guidelines. He ignored me, I asked if he heard me and he made up an excuse about not being able to hear with the masks. I told him I am happy to speak up, I explained once more what was going on and he said " Well, you're all done now, thanks!" I reported this to BOA customer support and they literally laughed at how I was treated, it was so shocking. Never heard any follow up back.

Used to be my favorite bank. Services have been eliminated and they now are charging large fees for bank accounts on which they pay next to nothing in interest! Need to be reviewed by the controller of the currency once the “ crooks” in the White House leave. Really disappointed that they have gone from service to greed, Turned into a poor bank!!!!
