After 18 years of sedentary living this overweight 56 year old decided it's time to take her life and her body back. I had experienced Pilates many years ago and remembered how good it made me feel, so I decided to try it again. I am four (4) weeks in now and it is the most wonderful thing I have done for myself in almost 20 years. The instructors are kind, compassionate, patient, but also encouraging me to push (gently) a little more and a little more. It is the hardest thing I've done in a long time, but when I walk out the door at the end of class (or get up off the floor after a virtual class at home) I feel amazing. There are many different classes and all the instructors I have experienced are wonderful. I highly recommend pilates and I highly recommend Better Bodies Pilates for the journey.

Been my go to workout for years. Great knowledgeable instructors who work with you exactly where you are as well as challenge you as they see your ability grow. I have tried every type of workout out there, there is nothing like a REAL classical pilates workout. It’s the only workout that I have ever stuck with and that my body doesn't hate me for doing. If you are looking for a low impact cardio workout that builds strength, tones and increase your range of motion you need to get in a class.

Love this place ….. the instructors, variety and workouts!! I have found it to be the best workout for overall body toning, strength, and stretching and mind body health!! Highly recommend - good for athletes too!!

Great place with small classes and instructors that are willing to modify exercises to meet the needs of the client. They want you to succeed! Definitely helped relieve my low back pain.

I wish I could give Sally SIX stars. She is truly wonderful and very informative as a teacher of Pilates. Her instructions are always beneficial. I've been her student for about 15 years. She has helped me immensely recovering from hip, knee, back and wrist surgeries. I'm convinced without her help and knowledge, I would be in a wheel chair today. Thank you Sally for all your support, kind words, and knowledge. She is truly dedicated to Pilates.

Owner of studio and instructors fantastic! I started Pilates to be kinder to my body while recovering from breast cancer. It was so much more, great core workout, fabulous for muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Love pilates and wall yoga! Makes me feel like a new person! Highly recommend the studio!! A wide variety of classes and equipment.

I love my Pilates classes at Better Bodies! Edna has been my instructor for over a year and she is very articulate in her teaching. I started Pilates to strengthen my core and improve my balance. The studio is extremely clean and sanitized at all times. I thought it would help to improve my golf game, I'm not sure I am a better golfer but body always feels so much better after a class....Janice

I have been coming to the studio for 1 1/2 years. Pilates has helped with hip pain and core strength and is truly a mind-body challenge. Edna is an awesome teacher and really helps you get the most out of the workouts. Every workout is different so there is no boredom! I’ve also enjoyed sessions with Becky. My runner daughter has benefited from Pilates and is free from hip pain. My tennis player husband is enjoying his duet sessions.

Better Bodies Pilates was suggested to me by an old BMX friend, Edna, who happens to also be an instructor. My co-worker and I were looking for a way to de-stress at work. Edna was teaching super early classes at the time, so Becky(Rebecca) became our instructor.(she is wonderful). Amber and I did not know what we had been missing out on! We have missed our classes during COVID and will be getting back at it soon! Thanks for being a wonderful place to unwind!
