Had an electrical problem with my vehicle after having the battery replaced at this location. I discussed my situation with the manager at this location, Mike Jacob's, and not only did he show concern and professionalism in handling my issue, but he came up with a solution to compensate us for another repair required from another facility while we were out of town or we would have brought it back to Big O Tires to make the repair needed. Mike and his facility stand behind their work so we will continue to have our vehicles serviced by them and would highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism and great customer service and support!

On Sunday I went to 3 places to get a screw removed from tire. None would help me. I called several places and none could take me on Monday. Got an appointment with Big O online sunday for monday morning at 8:00 am. Was out by 8:30 am. Thank you for your speedy service

If I could give zero starts I would. I’m used to the pathetic excuse of customer service the Warrensburg location has to offer, but I had a blowout on the way to KC. I called this location to see if I could have it towed there. He said they would work it in, no problem. When we got there he said it would be an hour before they got the tires on, which isn’t bad at all!…still waiting over 2 hours later. I have my kids with me, the lobby is run down and absolutely nasty, and the bathrooms are disgusting!

No hassle. Exactly what I needed. Ordered tires the night before, showed up and installed with a military discount that looked to be on labor costs only. Easy in and out.
