Bob Sight service was fantastic... so organized, professional and fair priced. They keep you informed all though the process with text msgs and answered all my questions. I like the respect and customer 1st service they maintained with each person I interacted with. I will be back ... just hopefully not too soon.

This place is awesome had a couple recalls on my work van. They told me it'd be a few hrs to repair so I made an appointment and figured I'd Uber to the gym while I waited. Danny heard I was gonna get a Uber and told me no I'll get a guy to run you up there. Long story short these guys ran me to the gym picked me up from the gym and were done in two hrs instead of three. Also I had a warning light cause one of my tires were low when I got my van back all my lights were cleared. Great service department.

These guys are awesome. Wether it's working on your vehicle or your a DYI working on your Ford. They have 100% got your back. I've lived in the KC metro since August of 2013 and Bob Sight is the only Ford dealer I'll go to. Thanks for everything guys.

Don't appreciate being lied toCalled about brake recall after getting notice in mail - was told parts were on backorder & I would be notified when they were in-stock - a few weeks later, I was called & told that the parts were in-stock, so made an appointment - after 2-hours, was told that "computer test" revealed brake defect & "parts needed to be ordered & would not arrive until the end of July" - took 10-minutes to get my car when I arrived to pick up - was told "crew was manually pushing car that stalled & my car would be brought up soon" - looked out window & saw my car sitting in entrance bay, so went out & drove it away myself - wasted 1/2 of a day off work & now must do it again - not a very "customer service" oriented business where nobody seems to know what's going on
