I was so puzzled with my data nothing living a nightmare for a week I went to an unknown boost my carrier and Austin Mack was knowledgeable and got the issue fixed within 2 mins I’m so dam impressed and my life is back to normal thank you guys for having “Mack”

Why is the door locked with no one in sight at 2pm on a Saturday? Multiple people have come up to the door and are scratching their heads as well about why they are not open.

I live in Harrisonville MO. I won't go to any other Boost because Billy is so nice,sweet, and will take the time to really help you. Usually the other people they hire will do the same.

I went to get my phone look at. Billy was on the phone with Customer Service trying to get another customer's phone issue resolved! He greeted me. Ask me did I want a bottle of water while I waited for him to finish! He's very, professional and knowledgeable about the entire business! I defending recommend Boost Mobile for your phone carrier. I've had nothing but praise for the facility were we purchase our cell phones!
