We were visiting from out of state and the whole team here was amazing! We came to pick up our new fur baby and the recommendations and knowledge of the food was amazing! Highly recommend them and the manager is wonderful as well! Thank you!

Wow! Talk about friendly and knowledgeable staff! Visit them for a consultation to discuss the health and nutrition of your dog or cat. They have a great selection of healthy food and treats, and they will help you choose the best option for your pet. They also offer grooming services and have self-serve dog washing stations. You will be glad you visited them.

Had my first experience here yesterday. I used the self bath option and they made it so easy! provided shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, face wash, towels, apron, and drying station. It was likely the best experience I have had bathing my pup. Going back to give dog number 2 for sure!

I took my English Bulldog in for self-bath service for the first time Sunday, and the staff there were wonderful. They greeted us immediately upon coming in, spent time loving on my dog, and prepared a self-wash station for us. They were kind and very helpful. I will be returning here!

EDIT AS OF FEB 7th, 2024*** I thought I would try the grooming service it’s 5 minutes away. I have a little Morkie. The first photo below of him when he went just for a nail trim a few months back. The second photo is from a HORRIFIC GROOMING EXPERIENCE!!! I had to call after 6 hours when I didn’t hear my baby was ready. Only to discover that my baby-6 mo old was anxious and they had to give him a different groomer ok-never notified me that they were going to basically SKIN him. She also cut his ear and his neck. VISIBLE cuts. When she called me to finally come get him-“she took $10 dollars off” bc she cut him. How about you need to go back to school. His hair was NOT MATTED like they said. I know bc he gets a bath once a week and brushed. He doesn’t like brushing but there was NO NEED TO SKIN HIM. Beyond disgusted with Daphne who then gave him to a butcher named Tara.I went in to get him after this horrific experience, and the girl at the register was visibly high as a kite-and not friendly. Tara had to go get her kids off a bus. Probably because she knew this was terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.Be warned-they may have cute treats and act like they really care but do not take your little baby unless you want your pet to be traumatized. And of note-my dog is trained and very friendly and loves people. I hope they have to shut their doors due to their horrible “grooming” and lack of customer service.We took our little guy in for a nail trim-they did a great job and he wasn’t traumatized. Great customer service and we picked up some yummy treats for our pup.

Literally stumbled upon this place 2 years ago and jts been incredible ever since! Courtney is SO helpful with product knowledge and my nail trim go to person for my pup! You won't go wrong here! Definitely recommend!!
