My truck was still dirty after going through the automatic car wash (the one closest to the detailing bay) and paying for the most expensive wash. The chrome wheels still had dirt on them, most of the dirt on the truck and wheels wiped off with a paper towel. Both side dryer fans were not working, so only the top was mostly dry.

The dryer was a complete joke. The car wash work well although it left some spots of suds.

***Edit*** I spoke with the owner. He was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience. He made it right and promised to look into why the wash was not operating correctly. If you have any issues, call the number on the business. He answers the phone!
The automatic is broken 50% of the time. Never know what you're going to get here. $12.00 and the wash arm isn't long enough to wash the middle of my car. Looks broken

Came through one night a few weeks back the wash was not great. The next day in the daylight looked like it was just rinsed off. We won't return.

For some reason the card readers don't accept Community America visa on the stalls but everything seems to work on the left auto wash.
The owner seems to spend time here a lot and is there more times than I have seen him not.

Couldn't use the card only system at all, won't be back.
Got your response below, I did not get to get my car washed, the screen both at the auto wash and the manual would not allow anything to happen. I see on my statement a $9 charge, not sure what that was for - the auto wash was supposed to be $10 and it kept saying denied on the screen.
I had to back out, a mustang behind me appeared to try to go also, when I drove to the manual wash, there it also did not take my card, nothing happened at all.

Don't bother. Spent $10 on the automatic wash and somehow came out dirtier than I went in, thanks to the lack of spot free water. Waste of time and money.
I can't figure out how to reply directly, but I used the touchless bay on the right.

Touchless sucks, especially for the price. The dryer doesn't do a great job of drying. I liked the one they had before with the brushes, but it used to break down a lot. It seemed like a better wash and better value at the same price.
I used the one that replaced the wash with the rollers. I've tried both. My review is based on my last visit. I'm a regular because it's so close.

This is my go-to car wash. One of the best touchless options in Kansas City, where the price is reasonable. I opt for the top option which includes options like underbody wash, wax and spot free rinse + dry options. The self clean is available too- that offers card payments.
