I never write reviews. Like ever. That said...
Kristina Graves is a gem! I came in for a simple oil change and realized I actually needed my 60,000-mile service. I told her I’d reschedule, but she immediately said, “We can do it today! And if you can’t wait, we’ll get you a loaner car!”
That kind of thoughtfulness means everything. Kristina could’ve just booked me for another day, but instead, she made my life easier and also saved me another trip.
I'm extremely busy in my life - who isn't? - and this kind of service is what I want in a dealer and in a service provider.
Kristina was kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and I don't see that combo very often. If you're thinking of getting your car serviced, please think of her!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SCAMMERS BORDER-LINING ON THEFT!! Please let it be known, we have tried extensively to solve this matter politely & privately but we have been left with no choice other than to warn others. These people overcharged $5k+ for add ons that we previously agreed was “included at no charge.” They only offered a thumb drive of the paperwork & we had to ask several times for paper paperwork before receiving it the last 5min we were there. Have tried getting ahold of someone who can actually do anything for over a week & a half with no response. We were even told the salesperson, Matt, would call the next day no matter what to see if we had questions. He made no effort to reach out to us & when he finally texted us back he said we had to talk to finance & didn’t even apologize for the situation he put us in. They are purposefully giving us the run around in hopes we give up trying to get the money that is owed to us. We talk to finance they can’t do anything & we need to reach sales. If we talk to sales, they can’t do anything & we need to reach finance. Also spoke with a salesman named Val who ensured the manager would call that same day. That was 4 days ago & no call whatsoever. Either no one in that places knows what they are doing or they are all scammers. These people do not care about costumer service, they want steal your money & hope you don’t care enough to advocate for yourself to get it back.

It was an absolute joy to do business at Cable Dahmer Kia of Lee's Summit. The dealership is nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff are all so friendly, and the experience was a great one. They will have our business for years to come!

I had a great experience with my trade-in. They offered me a fair value for my beloved car. Rickey and Keaton were exceptional; they made the entire process incredibly smooth. I would definitely recommend working with them if you gonna buy a new car. Made fake promises about the reimbursement when purchased out of state

Outstanding service! Chris is, without a doubt, the best sales professional I’ve ever worked with. He demonstrated exceptional patience, kindness, and a genuinely personable approach. Also, thank you Hector for making the finance portion an enjoyable and stress free process. Great team and a great dealership! Highly recommend for anyone’s next car purchase!

Literally went in asking for a KIA obviously, if I wanted a nissan or Ford I would have went to nissan or Ford. They flexed about having one of the biggest used car lots in town but some how didnt have 1 kia under 20k, They pulled up a Nissan Altima then I asked if she had any kias I could look at so she pulled up a Ford escape instead. Actually pathetic. Headed to buy a brand new 2025 Sentra 10/10 recommend Lees summit Nissan over wasting money here with shitty sales associates.

Took my Kia to get fixed estimate was $2,000 I said no problem I’ll pay cash. I just wanted it fixed it’s a 2025 I can’t drive around with a messed up under carriage. A week later the under carriage fell out again and ripped off some stuff we took it back in thinking obviously this would be free to fix as I just spent $2,000 already and it’s the SAME part….. No they want another $700 and said well it’s a different part we didn’t fix 5 days ago because we were trying to save you some money. I don’t wanna be a Karen but who goes to a dealership to save money? And no where on my estimate did it say anything about this 3rd part which leads me to believe it wasn’t broke until after the undercarriage fell and got dragged. I have no idea what this 3rd part is bc of course they gave us no paper work or estimate on it but as a women who knows nothing about cars I can visibly see the damage is worse and was not there the week prior. I trusted them to get it fixed correctly then they tell me it was a bandaid fix that lasted 5 days and they need another $700 for a different part then they’ll put my now messed up brand new undercarriage back on?! And I just need to accept all this inconvenience? I also live a hour away and can’t take a loaner bc it’s always more then 2 days to fix so I have to pay for a ride back home each time and they want the $700 before they’ll even order my parts. My 2025 looks like a junk car with this under carriage hanging AGAIN and now another part ripped off. I left multiple messages hoping to at least get a apology, free oil change, or maybe waive the loaner fee to help with the inconvenience of having to drive back and forth to drop off money, wait for parts, bring it back to be fixed, then drive back to pick it up all for the 2nd time which equals about 12 trips total a hour each way. If they would have quoted $2,700 the first time I still would’ve said OK paid in cash no problem hour drive back and forth for drop offs and pick ups no problem I chose this dealership but doing that all again when it could of been fixed the first time supposedly (still not sure it wasn’t caused by them not putting the undercarriage on right) just seems like some accountability on there end should of been taken.

Refused to return calls for a WEEK after billing an extra $5k for options that were agreed upon to be included in the purchase price. Issue has still not been resolved. Avoid at all costs, these are not honest or trustworthy people.
