Used to stop and get a slice of cheese pizza at 6 am, but since Brandy left for another store, there has been no pizza. Not even the egg kind. Normally around 6:10 to 6:15.

I don't know what happened to this location. They used to be good for pizza, but now it's a total gamble of whether you get what you order or not. My first time I ordered, I got exactly what I ordered. The second time I ordered 2 pizzas. One thin crust supreme that I customized with no mushrooms, no pepperoni, and no onions. I also asked that it be cut into triangles. My second pizza was pepperoni and black olives that was customized to add hot honey. All of the customizations were ignored. I got all the toppings I didn't want and my pizza was cut into squares (the default for thin crust). I paid an extra $1.50 to get the hot honey and it's not on there. A 50% order accuracy rate is enough for me to try a different location because I do love Casey's pizza.... when I get the correct order.

What super friendly service! Probably the best Casey's we have ever been to and we have been to alot of the! Guy in the cowboy hat is so friendly and nice!!!! In fact all the customers were so friendly! This is the caseys to go to! Even our pups rate it 5 stars!

Well I ordered couple breakfast pizzas for my coworkers everything was great! I tried calling another location but they wouldn't answer the phone I will definitely come back here again thank you!

I am visiting Lee's Summit, as I often do since my sister lives here. She lives close to Casey's so I go there some. Yesterday Nov 25th I went around noon. There was an older woman asking for directions. The young man working had great patience & actually explained directions to her 3x, making sure she understood. Then he sincerely apologized to me for the 3 minute wait. In a time when customer service & quality have taken a backseat, I applaud this young man. Thank you for showing there are a few good people out there!

do not order from here, ordered from the website and it automatically goes through door dash even if you are on the casey’s website and it doesn’t tell you until after you have ordered. got my whole order wrong and didn’t receive things i was supposed to get. when i called the answer i got was i needed to go through door dash with my problem even though i ordered through the website and it was casey’s who screwed up my order not door dash. contacted door dash and got the same response that ordered through casey’s website and that they can’t do anything and it was a casey’s issue. so don’t order from here unless you wanna waste your money

Staff here are friendly and helpful but the store needs a refresh.Recently ordered pizzas and they were very behind. Ended up 15 minutes late and the kitchen staff seemed to be in no rush despite numerous customers standing around waiting on pizzas.

The great gentleman with long gray hair and the cowboy hat is the only one with great service. It’s gone completely downhill since the lady with the long red hair worked there for years-I think a decade. But it’s trash now.
