This bank is an ok bank. I would recommend any other bank if you are doing business though. They have good security but too many hoops to stay on top of the security. I'll be moving to a new bank now after 10 years.

Dave was professional and prompt. He made himself available when needed and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As first time homebuyers , he guided us and explained everything involved in detail. The realtors and builder sang his praises at closing about how smooth he made the process and they are looking forward to working with him in the future. They closed a business account that I was currently using. No courtesy call or anything of the sort. I only found out because I couldn't access my funds online. So I went to the physical bank and was told the funds I needed to access were mailed to me by a certified check. When I asked why the account was closed the reason Operations gave the teller was that they reserved the right to close any account at any time.The teller was very pleasant and helpful in finding out which division of Central Bank closed the account without informing me.

Financed a new vehicle with this place and have had nothing but problem getting a statement, processing my payment, etc. I've only had them as a loan provider for three months and have had to call about why they didn't process my payment twice already. No one can just directly help you, they pass you off to voice mails that go unreturned in a constant circle of incompetence. I am refinancing at a functional bank and would advise others to avoid this one.
