City Scrap Metal Inc. is a scrap processor focused on sustainability and extending the lifespan of valuable resources by recycling non-ferrous and ferrous metals. The business provides competitive pricing and quality services, making feedstock for mills while keeping safety and the environment at the forefront. Customer reviews consistently highlight excellent service and friendly, helpful staff. Employees are described as professional and willing to go above and beyond, such as providing impromptu vehicle repairs or answering questions about materials. The line to unload moves rapidly with staff doing their best to keep things efficient. The office staff is also noted as great and friendly during the payment process. While the yard setup is tight and the outside unloading process can sometimes be a pain or make it difficult to find someone, the overall experience is positive. Customers report it as one of their best times at a scrapyard, appreciating that they were open when others were closed. The service is reliable, with staff remaining helpful even in poor weather. Many customers state they will definitely return and recommend the business to others.
