I was greeted warmly by Connor in the lobby who helped me immediately with my request. He also gave me some trip ideas based on where I was going. He quickly fulfilled my ask and I was on my way. He was personable and friendly and I felt lifted up on my way out. What a great experience. Thanks Connor. Wherever you go you are going to do great things.

I called this branch twice and nobody answers the phone. Their voicemail said to leave a message and they would call back as soon as possible. In their case that's more than 24 hours later. I would think they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone when their savings only pays. 01 percent.

You always want to do business with a place that is friendly, but my experience in the past with other banks has been that I often walk in and simply have to find my way around. That is not how it works at the Commerce Bank branch where I do my business. I'm always greeted and asked if I need any special service. Recently, I have needed special service and it has been provided promptly and professionally.

I have gone to this branch for many years. Though I have always received good service here, I find it even better this past year, in particular. I regularly receive quick quality service.

They always do a great job for me I only had one problem once with them and that person does not work there anymore when I tried to get a house loan with them they told me to do something and they had no idea what they were telling me at that time it's screwed up too long now where I didn't get a Refinance on my way home because of that person that work there. Other than that I've never had a problem with commerce Bank at all.

Avoid at all costs. There are much better banking options out there that are more helpful, and provide more transparency. As a customer of over 20 years I had to finally cut the cord. For those with good experiences, I am happy for you, but unfortunately mine where few and far between.

Much better options out there, they are horribly rude and suspicious of there own clients. Would never ever recommend them. They are lacking any customer service skills. Very unfortunate!

I’ve been a customer of Commerce for over 10 years for my personal finances. I went in today to open a new account...stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before I could even ask someone who I should speak to about opening an account. Multiple employees looked right at me...no greeting....no how can I help you. I finally sat down waited another 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. It’s unfortunate that customer service has really went downhill at this location.

If you're a numismatist: yes, they have a coin machine and it actually works exceptionally well (if you use it properly - i.e. don't overload the tray while it's working). And you can still use the machine even if you don't have a Commerce Bank account, however they do charge - I believe it's 10% of the total - upon completion (you take the printed receipt and they'll either give you cash or deposit the money into your Commerce Bank account). The people are very friendly and knowledgeable (and very understanding of the loud noise associated with using the coin machine haha). I try to keep my use of the coin machine limited to one pitcher of coins per trip, mostly because it's loud/disruptive and since most locations have done away with coin machines due to their frequently breaking down and generally more trouble than their worth, I don't want to give them a reason to get rid of it haha. I don't think they would but it's better to play it safe.
