The man we saw this afternoon around 12 PM was so incredibly helpful to restore my mom‘s phone that had been overtaken by malware. She did not get this same level of help from a different cricket store in Kansas where she lives, so we came here. I really wish I would’ve gotten his name, but I hope somebody from management sees this and rewards this man.

worst experience i have ever had at a place of business that says they value there customer had nothing but problems made me pay tripple for two phone bills set up bridge pay with out my permission be carefull staff doesnt no what there doing smells kinda fishy to me how they act so lost no i have to get legal representation to recover damages.

I bought a new phone at this location and the employee set my phone up in Spanish. Not sure what plan she picked for me but I paid my normal amount and getting texts. Think my phone is about to shut off. But I don't speak Spanish so not sure!!! Flying blind here. So annoyed!!!!

Do not go to this store the people here are rude and do not know anything about there phones and can’t properly communicate and let you know about your phone plan

AMAZING service ?like many people I had gotten into that "price rut" with t-mobile and my bill just kept creeping up. Being a disabled retiree it was proving to be a drain on my monthly expenses AND I was already on their so called 55unl plan that started at $40 only to be charged $58 and the service was continuously horrible. Dropped calls, email coming late, text not working. The day I called 911 and it wouldn't go through was the camel. I explained my situation to the staff at Cricket in Lee's Summit and immediately was offered a huge MONTHLY discount for low income customers that was TRUE. Better service all together, fabulous phone and service I couldn't believe! Staff actually took TIME and set my phone up for me , literally and it took some time.Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!Wink nod wink, I'll be in soon again with your goodies.??

I got here at 10 am when it is suppose to open. The worker came at 10:02, and then said he needed 30 more minutes to count the money, scan the phones before he can help me! Sounds like he should have been to work at 9:30 to be ready to open the store at 10!

This location has had a closed sign up and doors locked during normal working hours for a week now. Their website continues to say they are open during their normal hours, but they are NOT. Plus no one answers their phone either. I have checked with other nearby store locations and again, no one has an answer why the Lee's Summit location is closed. There is nothing on the door to indicate why. Plus the padlock that's used to secure the store is only hanging on one half of the door handle. It should be through both handles to actually secure the store. So does anyone have a reason why this store has been closed for a week now with no indication or anything?

I started coming to this store because the last time I did there was a fantastic young lady, a new manager who helped me beyond belief. When I come in the other day this girl didn’t even get up from behind the counter. She could care less about helping me get a new and rolled her eyes when I asked her to help me transfer my stuff over to my new device. When I asked for the manager I was told she was outside on break and she called the manager inside. When this woman come in from outside she reeked of weed and told me it wasn’t her job to transfer my stuff over and she wasn’t going to do . All while this chubby girl just sat there on her phone asking if I wanted anything else.I will never return to this location.And I would advise you not to either.Terribly customer service from new manager and staff. Terrible attitudes. Phones are over priced. Do yourself a favor.
