The cashiers act like everyone is there just to steal, please treat your customers better and stop being so downgrading towards them.
Plus, the staff talk negatively about customers after they leave, which is uncomfortable to witness.
You guys are no saints so stop talking negatively about customers( heard alot of negative talk about customer as I was at the counter paying for my items).
Please improve your attitude towards customers as the staff have made alot customers uncomfortable by acting like saints when their clearly not.

The pharmacist that called me back was not helpful at all and was extremely rude. As I tried to explain why I wanted to have my prescriptions sent to a different store, she stated that if I had given the doctor the right location, I wouldn't be having this issue. Once I informed her that we gave the correct address for the other store, she only offered to cancel the prescriptions, rather than to send them to the correct store. I can see why they have a 2.9 star rating.

Wow, CVS is reaching new heights of incompetence. I used their online app to make a Covid/flu test appointment, drove to the address with my confirmation number. I was informed by the pharmacist that they don’t even do Covid testing there yet and that I was the second person this week that CVS had sent to their location for a service they don’t provide. So I called CVS and I asked if they could please make me an appointment at the Minute Clinic location about a mile west of where I was And they said there’s no MinuteClinic at that location! I know that is nonsense because I’ve been treated there a half dozen times in the past five years. So I drove to that MinuteClinic and sure enough it exists. I walked in and the nurse practitioner was bagging up her trash, leaving early, no doubt because she had no customers because the CVS online booking folks don’t even know they exist. So now I’ve spent the last half an hour driving around. Was hoping to get paxlovid if positive but I guess I’ll power through. But for sure, retail health is the way to go because the market wiil always compete efficiently to provide the very best service. Bunch of horse shit.

This pharmacy is the best, I am also treated very well and they truly get to know the clients. When I go in there they know who I am and always are very happy to see me. If you get to know the staff like I do I am sure you will feel the same way about them. Please remember they have thousands of clients and this is a very stressful job so when things don’t always go the way you want it may be your doctors office that made the mistake. Last of all they can’t stock every medicine there so be patient if this is something that needs to be ordered and also keep in mind that it may be out of stock due to the pharmaceutical company.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Some of the helpers are nice, but the pharmacist is always rude. If you have to call they won't answer the phone it is voicemail only and then they don't return calls. I have to call over and over. They have messed up 2 prescriptions now for me in the last 2 months. Unfortunately our insurance is limited where we can go.

Pharmacy Techs are very helpful. No complaints. The pharmacist seemed bothered and annoyed to help anyone. I witnessed this with the person in front of me and also when I had a question about my prescription insurance. Customer service needs help.

This CVS Pharmacy is full of incompetent workers. I have a monthly prescription on autofill and, without warning or a call with any notice or explanation, they cancelled this month’s prescription a week ago without calling me to inform me. Now, with two days of pills left, after calling multiple times this week with no answer they have informed me that my insurance will not cover the medicine in a retail pharmacy which is why the prescription was canceled in the first place. When calling the provider they directed me to, I was told to call this pharmacy and get them to call the provider to resolve the issue. I called this pharmacy again and when I informed them what the provider said, they rudely told me I was incorrect and hung up on me. I still do not have a resolution and may go days without the prescription due to an error on this pharmacy’s part.

The pharmacy department just lies to get you off the phone. They refused to fill my daughter’s script, made up their own inaccurate explanation as to why it wasn’t covered by insurance and then refused to let me pay cash. After 3 hours on the phone between the Dr, my insurance and 4 calls to the pharmacy I found they just flat didn’t do their job. They first told me it wasn’t covered because it had been filled elsewhere, which is why they wouldn’t let me pay cash. Then they said the insurance didn’t give a reason at all. So, I called our insurance who informs me that it was missing an DX code. I relay this to my provider who states CVS told her they “tried every dx code”. Finally, I call CVS again and I asked what DX code did they try, and they had to admit they hadn’t attached any at all. So now, since it’s end of business day we have to wait for the provider to send it again with a Dx code. I literally had to make 8 phone calls and catch them in EVERY lie along the way to get to the bottom of it. I am now paying out of pocket for this script because MY CHILD needs her medication and will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

The most unreliable pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. When they don’t have something, they don’t call to inform you of this. Then when you get it switched to another pharmacy, they don’t fax the information over in a timely manner. Place is joke. After several years of this we decided to switch.
