The CVS manager and assistant manager at the Woods Chapel location were phenomenal. They assisted me with creating a beautiful canvas for my stepfather’s funeral. They gave me their condolences and helped me every step of the way. I am forever grateful and will always visit this store. They also found a way to give me a discount. I hope their direct manager receives this feedback for their performance review.

CVS Woods Chapel is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They are chronically late in filling prescriptions, and they sometimes take it upon themselves to cancel prescriptions without notifying the patient. They are rude and incompetent when asked about their mistakes and mismanagement, especially the pharmacists. The employees do the best they can, but with poor management, they can’t do a good job. I feel sorry for them.

Do you tell your staff to intentionally move and work as slow as possible? I’ve never not left that place bewildered and infuriated by the service at the pharmacy.

I’m always impressed with the staff at this store. Every employee goes out of their way to be helpful. Shoutout to management of this store. The employees here are always wonderful!

The employees at the Woods Chapel CVS don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and do not know how to treat customers properly. The Woods Chapel CVS has the prices jacked up on some items nearly twice the price of what the same items are online. They were trying to charge me more for one bottle of CVS brand Ginger than what I could have gotten two bottles for online. Online CVS Ginger is $9.29 plus it was on sale buy one get one 50% off but in the store the exact same CVS Ginger is $16.99 a bottle. They refused to match the price online and I could not buy them online to pick up in the store because their inventory is incorrect. Online it would only let me buy one bottle instead of the two that you need to buy for the buy one get one 50% off like I said they would not give me the online price in the store so I walked out without buying several items that they were charging more for.
From now on if I buy anything from CVS I will probably buy it online and make cVD pay shipping or same day delivery to me instead of me wasting gas going to the store to pick up what I want and being charged more money. You would think the employees would be more friendly to get customers in the stores because most people buy more in the store than what they would online. But CVS lost out on selling several items because the employees were rude and the Woods Chapel store location is charging more money for the same item sold at cheaper prices at other CVD stores and online. The employees and the company should be a lot nicer and more courteous to the customers considering CVS in general charges a lot more money for the same items sold at Walmart and various other stores.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Drove all the way here for a service their website not only shows they offer but also scheduled an appointment for and then waited 45+ minutes only to be very rudely told they haven’t done that in years. Staff was beyond rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them for even being there, it’s not my fault their website is scheduling appointments for services they don’t offer. Don’t waste your time driving here. Wait time was incredibly way too long anyway oh and the store is disgusting. I feel like I need a tetanus shot now

I’ve had good service at this pharmacy and good front desk service. Every time I’ve gone inside, they’re all very nice people behind the counter. Yes, I had to call in every time to follow up on my prescriptions, the text system is frustrating at times, it does take some time for certain prescriptions to be filled, but other prescriptions like antibiotics was quite fast. Anytime I call I always got someone on the phone and that someone is Biko. He is a very helpful and polite person. He goes beyond and helps me find other pharmacies that carry my prescription. Just a suggestion to people who are frustrated, it matters how you talk, your tone and demeanor matters when you talk to people. Be kind and respectful to people who you’re asking help from.
