Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy. We waited in line for 15 minutes behind a vehicle. Their website and app states that they close at 8. Were there at 6:45 waiting behind a vehicle, we pulled up and they closed the gates on us. We went in and the lady told us “come back tomorrow, I can’t help you. I think CVS goes out of their way to hire rude, unhelpful pharmacy techs. The one today was busy chatting with coworkers while rudely saying, we'll be with you when we can.
Additionally, the music was blaring so loudly, I had to yell my information to her.

The CVS staff at 621 SW Third St, LSMO (Third St & Blue Pkwy) is incredibly helpful and supportive! Desmon helped me today using my Aetna insurance bucks (first time for me) and demonstrated exactly what to expect each time I use my “bucks program”. He also helped me located my car keys which I misplaced. I will definitely return to this store even thought it is not as convenient as another one of their stores. It all has to do with their incredible staff!!! Ask for Desmon — awesome guy!

It took four trips to the pharmacy to get my prescription filled. On the fourth trip, I still had to wait because it still wasn’t filled. I will not use this pharmacy again. I don’t even want to give them one star.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is so rude and unwilling to work with anyone. Beyond disappointed with MULTIPLE bad experiences.

I arrived at this store tonight before 6 PM to get my medication. I was sitting behind this big black truck for a minute waiting when he pulled off. I moved forward and the CVS pharmacy people shut their doors down.
Then I go inside and ask for the manager, the manager named Gil said “he tried to tell them I was in line but he’s not their boss, so there’s nothing he can do about it”
Then proceeded to just let them leave. I asked for corporate number and he proceeded to give me three different numbers to the CVS rewards line. He also stated “ There’s nothing corporate’s going to do about it”
All I needed was my anabiotic’s, but got the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I will be changing pharmacies after years of coming to CVS.

Honestly, completely discussing business practice. Not to have any toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. Thankfully, there was some in the cabinet above the toilet so I could clean the bathroom before I used it and get some toilet paper. You probably need to have a talk with the staff and have them. Do some daily things. Duties i normally give good reviews. But honestly I went in for a snack and lost my appetite. After using the bathroom, I would have taken a picture but I left the phone in the car.
