Wouldn't process my new insurance because it was too close to closing. Also the last time I attempted to pick up meds, they kept telling me it was ready but when I came to the window, they would tell me to come back. I came back 3 times in an 8 hour period. After the 3rd time they said just come back tomorrow. I have been through that drive thru four total times and wasted probably an hour and a half of my life and I have still not received my blood pressures medication. Now, my BP is sky high. I'm obviously switching pharmacies. Don't use this Pharmacy if your life depends on your meds.

It took three days and four trips to get my prescription. The pharmacy tech was rude. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

The worst pharmacy patient care experience. Extremely sick, arrived 15 mins prior to close and refused to fill script with no other patients waiting. Avoid if you aren’t well.

Rude pharmacist. I understand there is a personnel problem but I would understand why someone would not want to work with her.

Can’t be reached by phone. I’ve left multiple voicemails and have never received a return call, even after filing a complaint with corporate.

For the past few months CVS pharmacy has completely tanked multiple prescriptions of mine. The staff are very rude and could care less about you. We are moving to a new pharmacy.

Pharmacist have gotten really rude. Other worker just sat there and rolled her eyes. I needed a prescription moved, I called the day before and it still wasn’t done. I have 2 others ready for pick up and she told me “I can wait to get those” Absolutely absurd behavior.

Had 2 adderall prescriptions that were the same date. Somehow they have shortages and my Meds were supposed to sync Oct 3. Now I’m told my other medicine is out until Saturday.
I am prescribed medicine and go to the same place for years:… how are you out? Glad it’s not a heart medicine. But, this defeats the purpose of picking up my medicine when I’m now being forced to make double the trips.
Y’all should know how many clients you have in stores. This is pathetic.

I am only leaving this review in hopes that CVS at the corporate level change their ways and take better care of their employees, so that they may retain pharmacists and other pharmacy staff.
The pharmacy staff are ALWAYS friendly but they seem to consistently be understaffed. What does this mean? It means elderIy, disabled, and unwell people may have a difficult time getting their medication, as it is required sometimes to stand in the aisles waiting for medicine 30 minutes or more. The drive thru is consistently closed, so that is not an option for people at a health disadvantaged and the phones are not answered.
I’ve watched elderly people hold on to shelves for support or look for chairs to sit in, which sometimes there are no extra chairs for these people. I know if you’re younger and healthy like me this is only a mere inconvenience but this is absolutely a real problem for the demographic I mentioned. CVS corporation- do better for your employees and do better for your customers.

30 minutes past pharmacy opening time and the pharmacy is still not open. I could either wait until the pharmacist arrives (not an option in my current state) or come back later, which this location is famous for its long wait times so I have that to look forward too on top of being very ill.
I am never returning to this location.

Pharmacy always takes at least 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Drive thru always closed due to staffing. No fault of the people working here, rather a company refusing to resolve labor shortages. Go somewhere else for a better experience.

What a joke! The 2 ladies apparently running the store stood outside the front door smoking cigarettes while I waited to check out. So it stinks here and these lazy idiots need to be fired! INCOMPETENT!

I actually love how the pharmacy crew always welcome me with a smile. I think Pharmacist Christa and Pharmacy Tech crew Rebecca and Autumn are hard workers. I think what need to improve is showing them all appreciation and not over working them. They are human and deserve a break and not being over worked. But even on busy days they still smile and fill my medications as requested. I will say they are all awesome and they are doing amazing job with all responsibilities they carry day by day.
