Carey is wonderful. She quite literally saved me and got my car towed from the side of the road after a total. Dave in service, super kind and was on top of everything with my insurance company to get me taken care of. Matt in sales, great to work with. Not pushy, genuine and actually seemed to care. I have never experienced such quality humans at a dealership and have been treated so well. I can’t say thank you enough to all of you. I appreciate you greatly. And am loving my new Buick enclave!

We were looking for a specific car and Arabia searched but could only find one with a sunroof, which we didn’t want. However, we decided to take the one with a sunroof as no other could be found. When we got to the dealer the next day to pick up the car, Arabia surprised us with one without a sunroof, exactly what we wanted. We were more than pleased with Arabia’s continued effort even though we had said we would take the car with a sunroof. His customer service was excellent!

The car was due for an oil change and multi point inspection. They suggested new air filters during the visit. But I was disappointed that they did not catch the front left headlight was out. And needed replaced. Not sure if the person didn’t check the lights but I was disappointed that this was missed and now have to make another appointment. Which makes me concerned if the tech missed a headlight. What other things may have been missed.

I recently moved to the area and had a great first experience at this service center, working with Todd.
I received an oil change, cabin air filter replacement, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and full detail. The value delivered was excellent for the price.
However, upon picking up my car, I noticed the rear window latch was malfunctioning. Todd and the team determined that the issue was due to corrosion from dirt (I previously lived on a dirt road). They cleaned the connection and applied a corrosion-deterrent product at no charge.
Shortly after leaving, the latch popped out again when I put the car in park. I immediately returned to the dealership, where they gave me a very nice loaner car to drive for several days while they replaced the connector. Todd kindly offered to repair it at cost since the issue was discovered while the car was in their detail shop, which I greatly appreciated as the corrosion was not their fault.
This is truly a service center you can trust!

Todd Kelly in the service department is extremely rude. He told me he would not replace my dash speaker that was blown under warranty because the door speakers had been replaced after market. The dash speakers weren’t even touched by the other company. I went back and talked to him again about it and he said he didn’t know why someone told me that because it wasn’t true (it was him that told me that). He made me an appointment and I showed up 2 days later for it to be looked at. He got in my car and said he couldn’t hear it so I went out with him and showed him. He said the issue was with the music files on my phone and not the speaker. I tried to keep asking questions and seeing if he would have someone look at it anyway and he refused. His advise to me was to disconnect my phone and reconnect it which I told him I do at least once a week. He said he would not replace it because when the part went to GM and they found “nothing wrong with it” he would be “personally charged for the new speaker out of his paycheck.” I left without a technician even looking at my car and went straight to Cable Dahmer and was immediately told that there have been complaints about Todd in the past and that there were in fact issues with my speaker. I am waiting on the new one to arrive to have it replaced at Cable Dahmer. Their customer service has been 100x better than anything I received at Dave Cross specifically from Todd.

I took my 2026 GMC Terrain Denali in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dave Cross himself took care of everything! The dealership is exceptionally clean and well organized! The waiting area is awesome too! My car is running perfect! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! Thank you for taking great care of my car!

This place has the best people! I saw a Buick I liked on their website last month and went in to take a test drive. Kynan was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. I never felt pressured and he made sure to address all my questions and concerns. From the sales manager to the receptionist, they treat you like family.
