Derek's Automotive Service is a reputable and trusted auto shop. Many customers have relied on them for over ten years and do not trust anyone else with their vehicles. The shop provides great, honest work and amazing service at a fair and reasonable price. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful, often bending over backwards to create a good experience. They are upfront with potential costs and work hard to get jobs done accurately. They will not force unnecessary repairs, instead working with customers on their needs and budget, even helping to track down warranty parts to save money. Their work is backed by a warranty. While some note a desire for quicker updates, the service is unmatched. Customers highly recommend Derek's as a shop that does not try to take advantage of people.
Derek’s is a very honest and trustworthy auto shop. Tim at the front desk is very straightforward in explaining any repairs. There is absolutely no “upselling”. The prices are very reasonable and Derek’s stands behind its work!
