Been attending for over a year now, and my fitness continues to improve regularly. Easy-going and welcoming community. Intelligent programming, good variety of class times and availability. Ownership & coaching staff is honest, genuine, and altogether creates a team that is worth joining.

Loved these people. They got me started on my fitness goals. Got strong fast. They are a little far away for me. Moved to somewhere closer.

Freedom Elite Fitness in Lee's Summit believes in being a team but also focuses on the health and fitness of each individual. The overall goal is to beat your own score. Even though you are able to move at your own pace, you are constantly encouraged to compete with yourself to do better. Every time you show up for a class or to exercise on your own, you are greeted with a warm welcome and are made to feel comfortable to jump right in and accomplish your goals. This is a great workout environment with a team to hold you accountable and also friends to pat you on the back!
