Great friendly service from the front desk helping me find a unique bolt! They were able to get what I needed the next day for me to pick up. Great place with a huge selection of hardware!

The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find hardware that I was otherwise having difficulty locating.If you're trying to find specific hardware for a project I would recommend checking them out.

Went in to Lee's Summit location today. I asked the guy working at the desk if they had brackets for bathroom partition. He said he could order them. I said okay what about security screws for them. He asked if I knew what size I said I'm not sure. I didn't happen to bring an old one. Instead of saying we can look at a couple different options. He laughs. At this point I walk out. I will order it from Grainger. Maybe the manager could teach this young man about customer service. This is the motto on the bumper of their vehicles. This young man's attitude cost the business a couple hundred dollars today.
