I worked with Charlie and her staff on a very special memorial project. From start to finish Charlie went beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The final results were exactly what I wanted. I messed up on the sizing and Charlie still fixed it for me. Her patience and understanding are outstanding and I'm so grateful. If I ever need anything else printed, I'll definitely be back to that location. Charlie went above and beyond; you just don't get that these days.

I worked with Charlie on a very special memorial project. Charlie and her team went above and beyond to make sure our prints came out correctly, and were patient and understanding even after having to do multiple reprints. She even worked after hours to make sure we were all on the same page. Thank you Charlie- your quality and care go a long way!!

Outstanding customer service by Charlie. A relative and I spent a great deal of time with Charlie as she assisted us (going above and beyond) with funeral programs. Charlie was incredibly patient and compassionate as we navigated an emotional, exhaustive task. She provided excellent support and feedback for us as we made the necessary edits and changes needed to have the printing done. Thank you so much, Charlie. I will always remember your kindness and patience with us during such a difficult time.

I had the best experience ever at the Lee’s Summit location. Charlie was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and provided printing options for me when I called on the phone. When I arrived at the store, she took additional time to work with me until my printing project was completed . I could not have had a successful printing project without her. Thank you Charlie. You are amazing!

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a FedEx here in Lee’s Summit. Charlie and the team were incredibly helpful, fast, and professional. Charlie originally quoted me an hour, but had everything done in less than 10 minutes—and the quality was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend this location more. If you need anything printed, definitely come here and ask for Charlie!

Most unfriendly staff ever. Lees Summit location. Been twice to return and seemed like I was putting them out. Before she scanned the return bar code she said it probably is expired. Not! Since I just got pkg day before and says expires 8/31. Try again

Staff is not friendly at all. I have been here multiple times and each time the experience is worse. These people have a serious attitude problem, and I will be traveling across town to avoid this place from now on. Why even work in a customer facing position? So mean and unhelpful💔😔 Be better!!

Love FedEx, however this location has rude staff. T' Asia & Tim were anything, but friendly. Neither demonstrated any form of customer service. They both seemed inconvenienced. Really a poor representative of FedEx service.
