Had a vehicle towed there. Son was told by management that there was a blown head gasket. Option A was to replace Head Gasket for ~$3500. Option B was to have a new engine put in for ~$10000. Tried to call the location several times (at least 20) to get some clarity on the situation and the diagnosis, but all I get is a busy signal. Charged me a fee of ~$100.
Had vehicle towed to another mechanic who said that it was likely that the water pump was going bad and the radiator thermostat was likely stuck.
Wildly different diagnosis, from a seasoned mechanic with that make and model of the vehicle.
Ive had good luck at other Firestones, but would cross this one off the list.

My car was dropped off for a tire rotation and the service was completed in a timely manner. The employees I interacted with when dropping off and picking up were friendly and helpful.

They popped my hood for some reason and didn’t close it. I was going down the highway and noticed it before anything tragic happened. They are in the business of safety and that kind of stuff can’t happen. Doesn’t leave a lot of confidence in their ability. On top of this the guy I checked out with had told a customer to do the survey but if he couldn’t rate them an 8 or above to not worry about it.

Lifted my corvett with doors closed. Being a fiberglass body, it could have cracked or worse broken in half. Had to tell the manager.
Went in for an oil change since oil change was illuminated. After oil change, light still illuminated. Told manager, he replied no one knows how to turn light off.
Not happy.

My car was serviced same -day! I was treated with respect during the transaction. There was an issue with my Firestone credit card. It would not process. The person assisting me immediately called the credit card company and we were able to correct the issue. Great service!
