Such a fun store! I haven't been in a five below for a long time and it's very different now. I was looking for a very specific item and I found an assortment of them at five below (a little ID holder on a keychain that I could attach to my belt loop or whatever). I'd look at several places earlier in the day and couldn't find what I needed. I love the assortment of common and unusual candies and snacks, hello Kitty, and electronics accessories five below ! I will definitely be back soon.

The associate helped us to the car as I had my hands full- just offered and was so helpful! Thank you!! Great welcoming and went above and beyond to help to the car.

Lots of stuff, almost too much for the size of the store. They have moved to an employee assisted checkout system, still using the self checkout style registers. They usually have some seasonal or promotional items near the front door that are pretty cool or trendy.

Store website and sign said they would be open at 10:00am. It’s 11:03am and it’s not open and no answer to the phone. I understand things happen but a simple sign up for any delay to opening would be appreciated

I like the store and the wide selection of items available. I can always find things for my kids in here. Recently I bought summer toys, toys for the pool, and two sketchbooks because they love to draw.

I love how cheap everything is here and it has almost everything from headphones to gummy ramen ? but I saw bugs crawling on the ground near the candy section and it was really unsettling I think they were either Beatles or cockroaches. So we just left

I don’t know their names but some of the nicest employees at the checkout! Coming from a retail position, I know how hard it is to stay level-headed and friendly all day considering that some people suck so I would 10/10 visit again. Give them a raise ASAP.

I like this store way more than thé Grandview location. Very well stocked and clean. Helpful staff .
I was able to get Real 24 packa crayola ?️ for $1. I got a lot for the kids I teach. Love the sketchbooks and all the arts supplies they have that the other locations do not.

Normally, we have a great experience here. Nope not last night. The chick was rude and she was on the kiosk in the way of me paying for my items. She immediately pressed checkout before we were even ready to leave. None of the little chicks has tags on them, and they were broken. So my daughter went to chose another toy and that's when she pressed the check out button. She also insinuated that it was because of my kids is why the toys were broken. Which they weren't! Sure they picked up stuff but they weren't playing. Please bring back the nice women who worked there.
