Be warned they will attempt to add their $4.00 warranty to any game you buy without asking you! Second time this has happened to me, associate will enter it and tell you the total hoping you won't catch it or say anything.

Great store, all the workers are very polite and helpful. They have great deals and have an amazing pro membership deal. They're always having the new games on preorder!

I had a complicated issue with my pro rewards points and the store rep was able to resolve it immediately. They are always very friendly here and I will keep coming back.

I went in to buy a certain game and a game card for my switch membership, well they didn’t have the game I needed (Skyrim) but instead hassled me about membership and I guess the manager tried to bully me into getting one after I already explained that I don’t come in much so there is no need ,but he kept carrying on about my spending what I want and leave. But I don’t get it why would I sign up for a service when you don’t even have what I need ? Plus I know all about the downward spiral GameStop is going so no I’m not interested in being bullied to get a membership ,slow your role guys.

Stopped by here to do some Christmas shopping and it was fairly busy but Dom the only employee I seen was running it herself like a boss. Very friendly fast and efficient definitely liked the service she was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchases. Thanks Dom.

I typically have phenomenal customer service at all GameStop locations but today was not the case. I walked in with games that I was not even expecting a great return on and when I walked in the store, the guy at the counter just looked at me while there was another guy (idk if he was a customer or not) was leaning against it so I assumed that guy was being helped. The worker just looked at me without saying anything so I said I was there to turn in games. He stuck out his hand, scanned them, gave me the total, didn’t ask if I had a pro card which I knew would give extra, then I asked for them back and the guy on the counter said a snarky remark when I went to leave. The worker didn’t say a single word besides the total the entire time. It may seem like not a big deal but I’ve supported and bought all of my games over the years from GameStop so I could support their in person business but I won’t return to this one after not even being treated like a customer.
