My daughters and I came out today to shop at this store. We live by the Liberty one but this was SO worth the drive. We lost ourselves for hours in this store. Very clean. Great brands and really good prices. Our cashier, Ash, was so incredibly friendly and personable. 100/10 on customer service. Will be back.

Just knowing that the CEO of Goodwill makes 10s of millions of dollars a year while they've discontinued the 15% off coupon for donations, should be enough to make anyone not want to donate to them anymore. I definitely stopped. DO NOT DONATE TO THEM. Let the CEO make his money elsewhere.

There wasn’t a huge variety of clothes and it seems like they purposely did not put out the color tag that was on sale for thrift love. I barely found anything with that color tag. It wasn’t worth the trip to Blue Springs.

My daughter and I have been shopping here for quite awhile now. We love $1 now $2 tag specials on Fridays. They have a wide variety of clothes and other necessities here. The shoe selections is hit n miss. The staff is always friendly and helpful to us.

Love the store and most the staff are super friendly. I used to go to this store ALL the time however the recent increase in prices are absolutely ridiculous for things that are DONATED to you for FREE . I understand operating costs but as most cooperations, Goodwill has become overpriced and just another greedy company who only cares about thier bottom line.
