Overall, not a horrible place to get your hair cut. My stylist, Michelle, was friendly and professional. However, doesn't follow directions well. I ask her not to touch my sideburns, and she did. I ask her not to cut the sides too short, and of course she did. The haircut wasn't horrible, but not as I asked. Michelle has good customer skills, but needs to work on listening to instructions a little better.
