Granted my hair on top was really short and not even she was asked to even the top layer the back. What I got was 3 1/2 in taking off the sides of my head and long strings down by my ears and long hair in the back . I I almost cried right through there. She should have never taken that much off the side of my head without consulting me by the time I saw her do it it was too late I was gone

This could fast become one of my favorite Great Clips locations. Emily did a great job, was very friendly, and made sure to check along the way that I was happy with everything. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Katherine was rude, very terrible customer service and didn't listen when I offered to even show her what I wanted done. Asked for a low fade mullet style and she gave me a basic pixy cut. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend going to her when you walk in their.

I don’t ever post reviews but I just couldn’t stop myself. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Completely uneven. I asked to get my bangs cut just half an inch and then proceeded to get them cut all the way to the top. I must have been speaking in another language because I got the complete opposite of everything I asked for. I’m scared to walk outside.

I seriously wonder if some of these girls even go to school for this. There's about three girls at this place that can cut hair excellent. And then you have two or three that will just butcher your hair. Like they need glasses or something...

Shana recently cut my hair and she did an excellent job! My hair looks so much better. She trimmed up my mullet (business and party) and faded the sides. The party was trimmed and layered and looks so much better. I love how she faded the sides, it flows with the whole haircut really well. Shana is great, I will definitely be seeing her for my next haircut.

Went there with my husband. He has been going there for years. Today, this girl practically scalped my husband. She was horrible. I wouldn't take my dog to her in lees summitt. On blur parkway
