I bought an auger that is defective. The throttle sticks and it basically swirled around and almost caught my leg. Very scary and dangerous. I called to tell them About this product, being defective, and returning it for a shovel. They don’t sell shovels. To return it, I was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE, they are restocking defective and dangerous equipment. Do better Harbor Freight.
**For reference, the auger is the predator two HP 52 cc gasoline auger powerhead with 6 inch diameter bit

Employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection, and if they don't have it, they will at least point you in the right direction.

I just returned a reciprocating saw for a replacement. No trouble, they just looked it up and gave me a new one leaving the remainder of a 2 year warranty in place.
They were open on July 4th. I needed some casters and found Other Things, that I could not do without, yeah right. Good for a quick trip in and out, with their help.
