The vehicle I rented was clean and ready to go. Fast and easy pick up and return and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using this location for future rentals.

I have rented from this location several times and as far as the type of car selection, always exceptional! However this location DOES NOT hold customers to the policy of NO smoking. EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE that i have rented smelled of Marijuana. I'm not a Marijuana smoker and hate the smell. The sales rep has always acknowledged my concerns but the location apparently does not have any means or method of removing smells because I always receive a car with heavy Marijuana or cigarette smoke.
And lastly it would be nice to be greeted by the associates on property even if they're not working the front office. I arrived and yelled numerous times because I heard someone in the back office on the phone listening to bank account transaction recording. I was not acknowledged and the person even burped loudly after they hung up the phone.
I felt disrespected as a paying customer that I couldn't even get a hello someone would be with me shortly. I was just ignored and that made me fell like I was no big deal. I could wait for the front office agent to help me.
Not a good feeling from a Nationally Recognized and Credible mega conglomerate..

Reserved a car 3 days before labor day weekend. I came in for my vehicle and waited for a couple of customers before me to be helped. I overheard one of the customers say that they did not have reservations and he was told that they had a SUV that they could rent. So by this time i'm at the desk to be helped and told them my name , just to find out that the Car that I had reserved 3 days ago, reservation was cancelled as of the 8 am . I was there to pick up rental at 9 am . I was told that they tried to call me but no one never called and the guy was lying. They had over 10 cars on the premises and during the holiday weekend the same 10 cars was on the premises all labor day weekend. I'm a Lees Summit Native and use Hertz a lot the customer service is subpar and they do not vacuum the vehicles as they should.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to rent a car. Jerrel was so rude and unprofessional. I didnt end up leaving with a car after reserving and waiting 2 hours. I will never attempt to do business with this company again. It was so bad I entered a formal complaint so the better business bureau

Service wasn’t what I expected even after my reservations were made online a week before pick up time. Upon arrival they had no idea of what car I was going to be driving the guy at the counter kept walking in and out of the building multiple times seemed a little confused and when I finally got the vehicle it was given to be unwashed. I will not be returning.

Impossible to reach my phone and very few rentals available. Even with a reservation, and that's, if you can get in touch with them prior to your visit.

Absolutely awful experience. I showed up well before closing time and was left standing there for 20 minutes without so much as a hello. When someone finally decided to come out of the back and acknowledge my existence, they refused to help me because it was “after hours” — even though their own negligence caused the delay! Unbelievable. This location clearly does not care about its customers. Completely disrespectful and lazy service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business anywhere else.

Does not seem to be very efficiently run on this visit. Staff seemed put off trying to assist us. The rental car smelled as well. Long wait time.
