I been to this store about 5 times. The first time the cashier spoke to the person before me. When it was my turn they did not speak. I spoke and it was just hey. But this year the last 2 times I went and enter the dressing room when I came out my shopping basket of clothes gone. I also feel uncomfortable in the store. Looks of unwanted as a black woman. I will never return to this ungodly store again. My money spends as well.

Some things I think thrift stores need to remember is these places were opened to the public for those who can't afford to go to actual stores. I purchased today two chairs and table all together was 76 dollars. When I had asked for assistance on possibly bringing the total down since it's for my apartment and I have nothing to sit or eat at( which I had explained to the manager.) she made passive aggressive comments about how I didn't need to explain all that and they look up the pricing for things and put it on the display for 75 percent of what the cost is. Meaning they charge more for used items to make the absolute most. That's ridiculous. At any other thrift stores you're able to talk down on the price because they are DONATED ITEMS FOR THOSE WHO CANT AFFORD FULL PRICE ITEMS. I just don't agree with taking advantage of those who are in need. Thank you.
Also I didn't catch her name she was Hispanic women. She was rude and unkind.

This place is ridiculous. It is literally a thrift store/ Goodwill and they're trying to charge over $100 for a TV and other useless items overpriced.

Good friendly staff, their proceeds go to their homeless ministry. They have good furniture deals as well as discou ts for veterans. Days with discounts. It's good place to shop for used items.

Volunteering at Hillcrest Transitional Housing's thrift store was a rewarding experience. Everyone there was incredibly kind and dedicated to their mission of helping others. It's inspiring to see the impactful work they do to support people in rebuilding their lives.

First time visiting this thrift store. It has quite a bit of stuff. Lots of furniture. Not a lot of current and trendy home goods though. They have the clothing pretty well organized by size which is always great. The prices are well below Savers, Goodwill, and Red Racks. Even for nice name brands. Every Wednesday is 25% off for military, seniors, and 1st responders.

This place is a joke. People try to come donate and they pick through everything only to take maybe half. Beggars can't be choosers. If you are donating items, plan on coming back with half of it. Go anywhere else

I prefer donating to Hillcrest Thrift Store. I like that the store employs special needs men. Whoever is working with these people is making a difference!
