I don't know what locations some of these other people have shopped in, but no other h&m is as nice and clean as this one. The staff is always friendly, and the clothing is always in order.

Note-This is for online, not in store. Buyer info to share. Its against their policies to price match themselves if items you purchase from h&m go lower within a reasonable amount of time. Cust Service at Corporate is horrible. You hold forever, they dont work with consumers on anything nor do they care. I would recommend dealing with other retailers like PacSun. Dont waste ur time w/ h&m online. Even when you agree to do a survey at the end of the call, the agents wont transfer you to it. Shop elsewhere or in store only.

I saw a dress I wanted in Overland park but my size wasn't available, so I drove all the way to the Lee Summit location areiving 18 minutes before the closing and asked to try it on, only to be told come back tomorrow. REALLY, come back tomorrow, you have 15 minutes left and I can't try a dress on! Where is the customer service in that answer...? Very lazy!
Management, it's way to easy to order online these days if you want a brick and mortar to make it you have to do better.

Likely the worst shopping experience this year. Raced from the H+M in Overland Park to Lee summit to grab a dress in my wife’s size at the Lee Summit location. The rather rude “greeter” commented that the store would be closing in 15 minutes even though it was 18 minutes before 7:00 closing.
My wife grabbed the dress in her size and headed to the fitting room only to find that they were closed 15 minutes prior to closing (which it was 16 minutes prior) We noted that we were visiting from Wisconsin, had traveled all the miles to this store and that it was now exactly 15 minutes to the hour at which the manager said upon our protests, I’m very sorry come back tomorrow. These kids/girls managing this store have the empathy and customer service of a fruit fly and a commensurate IQ. They are a huge dis-service to this store and brand. We will never enter another H+M Store after wasting several hours trying to buy one of their dresses. Likely a good thing now noting their average 2.9 review rating and other customer comments, fall apart quite often.
Also note there were 3 girls standing behind the counter, chatting and checking out 2 guests for the last 15 minutes on 4/30/24. Hardly efficient use of operating expenses or footfall traffic in a retail setting.

Went to get clothes for my daughter for her birthday. Was told their dressing room was closed. It was 5:15pm on a Tuesday. Apparently they are required to close their dressing rooms and hour before closing. Only H&M that has this rule apparently as corporate had not heard of this rule. I was told I would have to purchase the clothes go home try them on and I had 30 days to return what didn’t fit. Because that is so convenient for the customer right. Will not be coming back to this location.

This store looks expensive but it's not they have quality clothes you just have to have a H&M personality so don't be scared go shop look and feel amazing .

Because why does it say 8:00 pm is when you close on Friday (check the door) if you’re going to be locked up at 7? Be consistent.
