The store is very clean and described as the biggest and best. Staff in the framing department are extremely helpful and can provide money-saving suggestions. Employees at the fabric cut counter are always nice. A common tip is to wait for desired items to go on sale, as they frequently become 50% off. The only noted complaint is that there are never enough cashiers. The store aims to help make creativity a reality.
I had a small problem getting some Picture Frames on time that I ordered. When I talked to Stephanie and asked her about them,they came in the next couple days exactly when she said they would.
