It depends on what you are shopping for and how much time you have. Some items are good quality (florals, art supplies & holiday trees) while other items (think small furniture) seem like they haven't been updated for decades. The employees are nice but they are few, so the lines can get long sometimes. Whoever was hired to clean the bathrooms went on strike a looong time ago so you may want to plan ahead.

I had a small problem getting some Picture Frames on time that I ordered. When I talked to Stephanie and asked her about them,they came in the next couple days exactly when she said they would.

I needed help with some framing and the woman in the framing department was extremely helpful and was able to save me a few bucks with her suggestions. Really appreciated that. Was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend.
