I just got back from this store and I had a great experience. There was a sale where if you buy a battery pack, you get a free tool. I had already purchased a stick vac, but didn't get the batteries. Even though i didn't have the receipt, Maria made sure I got the refund on the vac and purchase the batteries. She was really helpful, as well as the two people on the register. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but one was an older white woman, and the other was a young man with brown hair and glasses. Great customer service. I appreciate all of their help. Hopefully they get to receive this feedback.

On July 3rd, around 4 o'clock, I visited Home Depot on South Oldom Rd with the intention of purchasing some rust remover. Everything was going smoothly until I reached the cashier area. Before the self-checkout section, there was a physical cashier with no one in her line, so I approached her. She instructed me to join a different line, which I initially thought was the self-checkout line.
As I waited in this longer line, I noticed that the cashier who had directed me to get in line was helping other customers. Unfortunately, I observed that those customers did not share my skin color. It was disheartening to feel that she was exhibiting bias. I’ve never felt more disregarded; she clearly indicated that customers of my color were not a priority.
When I asked an associate for the cashier's name, he mentioned it was Mrs. Sarah, although I cannot verify if that was accurate. Thank you for addressing my concern.

Not the best Kc Experience again at a the Lees Summit Home Depot. We were shorted an item. On our pro acct. then tried calling back to be hung up on 3-4 times. Thanks For the Hospitality.??

We got to the Kids DIY in Lee’s Summit a little late today and Dylan went above and beyond to help us out. They were out of kits, but he took the extra effort to find some older kits for us. My kids had such a good time building it. Had we left empty handed, I wouldn’t have even cared because of the kindness he showed and the effort he put forth. If there were more Dylans in the world, we’d all be much better off.

A great place for quick convenience and has many helpful employees. Their lumber sections need a bit of attention, and sometimes their selection can be a bit limited. Overall though, if you aren't looking for extremely specialized products, I would recommend this store.

Worst delivery experience imaginable, and unconscionable customer service. Only 2 of the four products delivered worked. Called the normal lines of lies, transfers, lies, transfers. Finally, customer service said they, “did not send out one of their professional teams, just some guys to drop it off.”
Very unhappy.
