This is my fav Home Depot. Every associate I encountered was polite and offered assistance. A welcome experience compared to other big box construction stores and other metro Home Depots.

The Home DepotClean , well lit , well stocked store. Location has handicap accessible bathrooms - doors and parking.The aisles are clearly marked with the general headings for your search.I easily found my BBQ need.I use primarily Milwaukee tools and Home Depot seems to be the main location for this brand.Bathrooms were clean, check out was painless and the staff was friendly and helpful.Solid 5 Stars

Blue Springs store had rude gentlemen working in the shelving area. I couldn't find what I was looking for. They were too busy, ON THEIR PHONES, to help me find something. They just pointed in the direction I was supposed to go. The lady at check out was nice and helpful.

Lazy workers, terrible customer service and had to do climbs the aisle to get the proper stuff needed and no one helped to get it. Talk about a high liability on yall!

The Home Depot has been a nightmare to deal with when purchasing online!Ordered placed Friday, drive 63miles to pickup my order. Upon arrival I am informed that my order has been cancelled. Unknown reason, associate calls #homedepot Online and they say it’s because the store calimed out of stock at 4am. Store was closed then says associate. I go to floor and get all items and bring them to customer service.At this point I have been charged for the purchase to my Gift Card. Association says, I cant take the items because order was cancelled. BUT THEY CHARGED ME!1 hr later, Online staff over the phone says that they are going to reimburse my purchase to gift card. Will take 24-48 hrs. Sorry but if you want the items you have to pay for them again. I drive back 63milesI purchase items again online because they were on sale and would not be on sale by the time i get money back.2 days pass…. Its Monday. Drive 63 miles again to get my purchased items for the second time. Still no refund in Gift Card.Staff says there is nothing they can do. But to trust them, they will refund the money. Store Manager refuses to come talk to me, but sends 3 associates. 1 very kind, the other 2 came to argue.1:45 minutes later I decide to call police since they charge my card without selling me anything and refuse to refund my money.Staff discuss to either tresspass me (wish they would have) but one of them says.. well he is the one that called the cops, how are we going to explain that? - another one said, “should we just refund his money, i get his point”. Senior associate said no I wont approve that.Finally 2 hours later; 4 minutes prior to officer arrival, they choose to process a refund request with Online. Now they say it can take up to 5 business days to refund a money that they took without making the sale.Horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible General Manager. No leadership whatsoever.Hopefully they do indeed refund my money!What a disaster is the Online system at #HomeDepotWasted 3.5hrs arguing, 2:40hrs driving and 126miles driven for no reason!
