We submitted a prescription refill request for our minor son FIVE days ago. It is now Christmas Eve. The Pharmacy is closed. Our son doesn’t have his meds. This Pharmacy’s ineptitude is mind-boggling.

I have been able to reach the pharmacy via text phone twice now🎉. They have been courteous when talk with them. Today a staff helped me resolve an issue with my medication. Things are looking up!

My wife called her prescriptions in this morning and she was told they would be ready in a couple of hours. Five hours later I show up and wait 10 minutes to pick them up and one wasn't filled. I was told that it would be ready in less than 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later they said it could not be filled and they had to order it in. The pickup date is Monday, 3 days later. This is not the first incident of this level of customer service. Simply do better for your customers. Follow through with estimates. You are wasting time at best and potentially hurting people at worst.

Please have corporate add more staff to help. the wait is beyond ridiculous I've waited days for a phone call back only to never get one then when I finally go my prescription is still not ready or it's been ready for days and they always say oh you should have received a text. Yes I should have but it never happens. Also the last three months they were without my meds. Please corporate pay attention!

I want to say that the Pharmarcy at this location takes a very long time. There are team members that ignore customers that stand in line for over 30 minutes while one person is waiting on them. This has been the situation for a very long time. It needs to improve.

I endured you to please listen carefully do not use this obscenely, rude pharmacy if you don’t want prior authorizations Notifications that your prescriptions are ready if you don’t want anybody to pick up the phone for four days even after leaving voicemails

Really hoping this pharmacy can get its act together and get their reviews up, but it’s pretty bad as it stands. Refills never ready when promised. You basically have to show up, wait in the line that’s always a mile long, and say your refill was supposed to be ready by X time. They look in the computer (even if it was supposed to be ready days ago) and say “oh that one’s still in the queue, we can refill that now, do you want to wait?”. Then you’re stuck waiting in the store another 20-30 min for your prescription — or they say they don’t have it and have to order it. Literally frustrated every time I go get refills, but it’s the best price unfortunately. Get what you pay for I suppose.

While the employees are mostly helpful and friendly, the processes in place for pick up are horrendous. Recently they rerouted the pickup line, but unfortunately that has not helped. If someone is picking up a prescription and it is not available often times the employees offer to get it ready. This is awesome and has helped me a few times. However, if that person is not waiting near the pharmacy area to hear their name called when it is ready that person should have to get in the line again and should not be able to cut in front of the people waiting. I know whatever proceses that are put in place some people will still be unhappy with wait times, but there has to be a better way. This has been an ongoing issue for years.

It seems it takes longer to process Rx. I was in today waited 40 minutes only to be told processing RX doc sent 6 days ago and when called 3 days ago you said were processing. Plus 1 person waiting on people 16 people in line. This is awful.

Strongly do not recommend this pharmacy. I had to call FIVE times to talk about e-script subscription because the pharmacy just wasn’t answering the phone. I’ve been told before mutiple times they were “out of a perscription” when the actual issue was my doctor needing to prescribe refill. And when my doctor denied a perscription they never communicated that back to me until I was at their store to pick it up. And I’m officially looking for a new pharmacy because this one it terrible :)

Takes DAYS to get a prescription! Their drive up is never open. Very disappointed with their customer service.
