I use Hy-Vee aisles online because this is so close to me. Love being able to just drive up and pick an order up especially on busy weekends. Also I end up saving a ton of money on gas by shopping.

They have an excellent plant selection. Their pharmacy has some of the best prices in the metro and they are very kind if you have to use a GoodRx coupon (some pharmacies act annoyed by this). Never had a bad experience at this location

Nice clean store, friendly staff. The hot food area it's wonderful and it is fantastic that they have a place one can dine in, plus they give you a real plate if you eat your food there.

I like the selection of vegan items. I am frequently paying higher costs for items advertised. Every time I use my Hy-Vee card, but I still pay at least $9 to $10 more on my bill than is marked in the store.

This is my favorite Hy-Vee but this last visit was less than great due to quality. We got chicken grillers and the meat counter guy, who was very pleasant, appeared to have to rip them apart from the others in order to get them out of the case. They ended up totally falling apart on the grill. We also bought some preseasoned asparagus for the grill. It was super salty. The stuffed mushrooms were great! The Jack Stack seasoned smoked salmon was disappointing. It hardly tasted smoked at all.The store is always clean and well stocked. We'll give the grilling items another try in the future.

Almost too big to find anything. Not my home store, so I had to ask where everything was. Employees were happy to take me to the right aisle, but I bounced around like a pinball from one side of the store to the other.

I was treated unequally by the Hy-Vee corporation and its employees and when I opposed the treatment of discrimination I was retaliated against by the employees and the security guard "Tammy". My money was checked for counterfeit two times and my white husband decided to attempt to purchase items from this public accommodation, and his money was NOT checked for counterfeit. I then opposed the discrimination and public humiliation and Tammy the security guard escorted me off the premises and shared with me her thoughts about my race in which she described me as an angry, accusatory and loud. I did not scream at any time while opposing the harassment and hatred, I never used any profanity while opposing the company and its employees unlawful discriminatory behavior and retaliation enforcement. I am a black woman. I video taped the entire unequal treatments of white customers, treatment versus a black customer unequal treatment. The Missouri Human Rights Act makes it illegal for places of public accommodation to deny access to or treat someone unequally because of an individual's race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, or disability.Places of public accommodation include places or businesses offering or holding out to the general public goods, services, privileges, facilities, advantages, or accommodations for the peace, comfort, health, welfare, and safety of the general public or such public places providing food, shelter, recreation, and amusement. - Section 213.010(15), RSM

I am astounded that this store makes it with their current customer service representatives. I asked today, no less than 5(3 of whom walked off laughing at me, which was bold of them, and also humiliating on my end) associates, to help replace the labels within a machine, THAT TOLD ME TO ASK FOR AN ASSOCIATE. None of them gave me the time of day, nor seemed to want to help in any capacity. Jordan, on the Front End, did eventually offer help, as did the cashier, hence a 2 not a 1 star. This type of customer service is what drives people away, as your 'Spirits' Department(Ralph, on Christmas Eve no less) has done to others I personally have talked to, to where they refuse to even enter/go through this part of the establishment. It might be time to take my $500-$800 trips to another location after todays' visit...

I just made a short visit to Hy-Vee this afternoon as I only needed a few items from the produce section. The store had a large selection and it was beautifully displayed. I found the items quickly and was able to check out quickly. I will shop here again.
