Trent and Shannon knocked it out of the park again. The two of them helped me get another Honda Odyssey through them again for 1000$ down. They also made sure to provide extra confidence that the vehicle was in good working order by providing us maintenance reports that were filled with detail of all work done on the vehicle to maintain it and let us take it on a test drive. Trent and Shannon and Instant Auto are not like other dealerships. They want what's best for their customers and as long as your respectful to them, they will show respect back and maybe just a little bit more! Great job you two!

Car runs amazing and Shannon was great, but i cannot stress it enough make sure to get everything sorted out with the payment at the store because the three times i called the guy I received was rude and kept dropping the call everytime i reiterated that i already tried what he were suggesting. All three times you would hear him huff after responding and then a computer would say “an error has occurred please reach out to a representative” and the call ends.

IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A CAR LOT THAT SELLS AS MANY LEMON VEHICLES AS THEY HAVE SOLD ME IN THE LAST 8 months. I have had 3 cars with them and all of them totaled due to mechanical issues first two were transmission failure then the last was a motor failure. I had the first car for a month. The second for 2 weeks and as for the last I had it for 5 months and they didn’t want to figure anything out because of a 3 month warranty I guess causing me to lose multiple jobs but moral of the story if I could give them negative stars for my experience it would be -10.
