Me and my family went yesterday around 7:30 we were ready to check out and my mom had a couple of clothing that went into the $5 sale. The cashier helping us was so nice but her helper (didn’t get her name she wasn’t even wearing her name tag) she was so rude she said one of them was full price she had an attitude with my mom and we just ended up leaving that clothing. We get it it’s late you want to go home but why work in retail if you’re going to have an attitude with everybody? And smart mouth people off?

It's a bad version of Sears, with out of season and dated clothing. The clothes they do have caters to an older crowd, or very young children. The clothes for young teens and women are either straight up weird, cheap, or matronly. This is where my MIL shops, but for trendy lasting clothes I'd look elsewhere.

If you or your child needs a haircut, Shelbe at Lee's Summit JCPenney is amazing! My daughter loved her new haircut, and Shelbe is both amazing and welcoming. You won't be disappointed. In fact, my daughter asked if we can always go to her for her haircuts.

Sooo I haven't been to a Penny's in years. However I needed some clothes for upcoming interviews and I wasn't looking to pay a fortune. I have never lucked out the way I did when I went here. I found more than I anticipated and the sales were beyond ahhhmmmazing!! Also the customer service on the floor and at checkout was phenomenal. I will think of JCPenny's first now going forward!
