We are coming from the Independence Kirklands and since they are closing my closest Kirklands is in Lee summit were not happy with this store we have been there 4 maby 5×s to pick our packages up and then browse but it's not a very welcoming staff. Train your staff to smile and greet atleast say something. Seems to be a little prejudice. Were changing stores we spend lots of money with Kirklands and we expect to have great visit.

Yesterday I purchased a piece of artwork,took it home and it didn't match with anything so I called to see if I could exchange it since I had thrown away the receipt. I was told I could get a refund and then purchase something different, I drove all the way back to Lee's Summit to be told there was nothing that they could do and the person who answered the phone gave me wrong information. This is my first time shopping at Kirkland's and my last, since it was bought yesterday they could have done something. Very poor customer service. The lady I spoke with once I arrived, had this smug attitude asking who I spoke with. She knew damn well who I spoke to.

Spacious store full of home goodies!! I liked the selection, sales prices, plenty of items to choose from, staff was helpful without being overwhelming, knowledgeable & pleasant, and excellent music! That kept me in the store longer because I kept singing to the hits! Music def helps the shopping experience esp if you like it. Purchased a three wick that day. Smells of cake and vanilla so my home smells like a delicious patisserie ? will def be going back. You can also sign up easily to earn rewards online and in store.
