4 stars for the franchise, 5 stars for the staff. The selection is what it is, but I have yet to have a negative experience at this location & the bathrooms are typically clean (very important detail 😄).

I love the location at L-Summit, MO and OP, KS. So clean. It is hard to avoid Sephora until you go in there, but the coolest stuff is across from Sephora. I found Yoopi - I love their items. The prettiest stuff. It says 3 plus and up in age. I am 48 and love all that stuff that's right at the front doors and the turn-styles.

I am very happy with my recent visit to Kohl's Lee's Summit. I found what I feel is a good value in the clothes I purchased. Ms K was very helpful at checkout and she has her own way bagging the clothes and suit in place of a garment. Very nice!
