Extremely rude customer service. Went at 4:15pm to get a quick blood draw and was treated like a major inconvenience. When I tried to spark some polite small talk conversation and apologize for coming in when they were closing soon, all I received was grunts and dirty looks. Couldn't get a single word out of anyone. As a healthcare professional I would never dream of treating a patient the way I was treated. Seriously LabCorp, you can't be that desperate for help.

The self check in kiosk is so stupid. Two people sitting behind the window and you have to check yourself in while trying to hold all your stuff and dig out your ID that gets stuck in your wallet. The office smells funny, like a combination of urine and essential oils.

I was treated like a criminal when I couldn’t initially provide a urine sample for a drug test for my schooling. I scheduled an appointment at 3 o’clock, and the facility didn’t close until 4:30. When I stated I accidentally with used the restroom before coming here, the first women snarkly said “ well you probably won’t provide enough sample and we’ll just have to dump it out and try again”.After trying for the first time and not providing a sample, I was told I had until 4 to provide a sample. During this time, another couple showed up to perform drug tests. One of the 2 wasn’t able to provide a sample as well. The sliding window was left open and we heard the women rudely say “ this is why you don’t show up last minute for a drug test… it turns into big ordeal if you can’t go.” I went up and spoke to the women and asked what would happen if I couldn’t provide a sample by 4. The women then began arguing with me that it would be a refusal and that I would have to pay for another drug test. I stated that this is not how a shy bladder policy works, as I work in a laboratory and also perform drug testing and am familiar with shy bladder policy’s, they proceeded to laugh in my face, and state “ well that’s how it works here.” At about 4:20 I asked to try one more time, and another woman helped me. This woman actually apologized for the rude behavior of the other women. I felt like I, along with the other patient who couldn’t provide a sample, were a major inconvenience to the women, even though closing time wasn’t for another 10 minutes.

I was seen very quickly, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady that worked at the front desk was very nice and professional

Drive 25 miles to get here because they close at 4:30. Get here and walk up at 4:18 and they stop drawing blood at 4:15. No where on all the automatic messages (because you can't get a real person) does it say they stop drawing blood before they actually close.

As I did not catch her name, I am forced to identify her only as the black woman who assisted me on this day right after lunch. She was very nice and very good at her job. Thank you.

Staff was really friendly. They close at 4:30pm but stop doing drug screens at 3:30pm. I found this out the hard way.

I've been putting off getting Lab work done that was ordered by a Chiropractic doctor over a month ago. I've had so many bad experiences with phlebotomists at hospitals, Labcorp/Quests, IV Nutrition that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, much less the vein in my arm. I also know from experience that many labs are so overburdened, understaffed and many are so unexperienced too. Thankfully, the 2 ladies working at the Lee's Summit Labcorp knew exactly what they were doing.RaLinda noticed right away that the Labcorp Requisition form I brought in along with the box of lab vials mailed to me for Access Medical Labs, were incorrect vials for the blood work ordered. She explained to me what was wrong and showed me the correct vials that should be used for my specific lab work. She also explained that it needed to be corrected within the same day since I was already "checked in" or my doctor would have to submit a new requisition. Regardless of the circumstances, I just felt so blessed to have someone care enough to explain the problem and inform me of what needed to be done to get it right.I reached out to my doctor's office, but had to wait for a call back. I found out that I didn't need the Access Medical Lab vials or anything in that box and could just go with the Labcorp Requisition form alone. Thank goodness :)When I returned later that day, I asked RaLinda to use a small needle too, because my arms are so small. She did just as I asked. She was very experienced and it didn't hurt at all. No bruising, no blown out vein!My faith has been completely restored in this Labcorp and I will definitely come here again without hesitation in the future. Very professional staff. Thank you so much!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment but my doctor had sent over orders digitally. I used the check in system in the lobby. That was probably the longest part of the entire process. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

Our household goes for blood work every few months and we're very pleased with this lab corp. DO schedule your appointment online. Make sure you have your lab order with you.

Do NOT GO HERE!! Very rude people. Believe the reviews!! They have attitudes for no reason at all. They treat people with such disdain, if you all are not happy with your jobs and don’t like working with people, please find another job. This place needs to be cleaned out and replaced with new people who enjoy working with people. I have done labs for many years and NEVER have experienced horrible treatment. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP!!!

I needed many vials drawn and went to Quest first. They couldn’t figure out all of my doctors orders. The ones they attempted didn’t go well. They stuck me 3 times and still failed to get enough to complete the incomplete orders. Jodi at Labcorp stuck me one time, I felt nothing and she collected enough for all of the required tests. As someone who dreads bloodwork I was giddy when she was done. They’re busy, but if you make an appointment, you’ll be in good hands!
