We live 20 miles away from this dealership and bypass the local Chevy/Subaru dealer to come to Lee’s Summit. There are several good reasons why we bought our 2024 Outback at Lee’s Summit Subaru, and why we go there for major maintenance. 30,000 mile maintenance took less time and money than expected, and the sales experience when we bought the car was easy. We also found a really nice Thai restaurant in the area the first time we visited. All in all, a great place to do business.

We purchased our first Outback in 2013 and yesterday our new one to replace it. It was a great buying experience both times. They have a large inventory and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!

I just bought my Outback. Popped in today on a Saturday and needed to get a front plate bracket and have it put on for my Outback. The service guys and Justin in parts were great!!! Super nice and they got me right in with no problem. While I was there I realized they could replace my key fob batteries and do an odometer inspection and asked if they would be able to complete those as well. They happily said yes and got me out of within an hour of me just walking in without an appointment. I was honestly expecting to be told I would need to make an appointment and come back of which I would have been fine with as it is a Saturday and I did not have an appointment. Instead I was met me smiles and people ready, happy and available to assist me. As I sat waiting I watched many employees inside interact with customers in the same way I described above and it was very refreshing to see and get this impression my first time coming in. I had a great experience.

Do not go here. Idk if Olathe Subaru and lees summit Subaru is owned by the same people. They tried to charge me 1700.00 for a ac compressor under warranty, took my car through the car wash and blocked my car camera, told me it was unsafe to drive with the camera blocked. I had to miss a day of work, travel 8 hours round trip as I’m a Travelor for work, bring the car back and their was dirt on the camera. They replaced my friends car battery and put in a 700 dollar titanium battery that wasn’t needed in her car. They didn’t ask permission, and it’s the highest price battery, and not necessary for her car. It’s only needed for electric cars. This group and owners will take you to the cleaners if you aren’t watching your back. They charged me 500.00 for a replacement key. The owner needs to reevaluate his ethical conduct when it comes to customer service.
