Very helpful people. Good prices.
Just got done installing Blown-In insulation and the Blower was FREE. Unlike Home Depot, $139 for 4 hrs, $199 for the day, and Menards, $79 for 4 hrs, $5 for Each additional hour.
Did the installing with afriend that watched YouTube videos and we got 26 wall cavities of my garage done in 3 hours, driving included. 4 inch hole for cellulose insulation and keep hopper only half full of broken apart half bags to make it GO easy on you.

We buy several items every week at this Lowe’s and always have a great experience with everyone on the pro side. Matt, Rob and Rocky are always great help and make sure we always have what we need. I would highly recommend shopping at this Lowe’s.

This Lowes store is always well organized and clean. We ran into several employees who asked if we needed help, which doesn't happen at the other big home improvement stores in the area. We purchased carpet for two rooms. Lowes scheduled a contractor to visit our home and measure, and had a quote for the job in less than a day. The price was competitive and the install was free.

I purchased an electric weed eater (Toro) from Lowes on 5/17 after my 2 year old Craftsmam would not feed properly. Unfortunately the bump feed feature on the Toro failed to operate properly and had poor power. This was my 1st experience with a battery operated weed eater. I purchased the more expensive 60 Volt Toro and didn't give much thought as this unit was referred to me by the sore clerk. I simply thought if I had any issues I could return the unit the same day. Initially the department manager noted I could not return the unit because it had been used. I was a bit stubborn and requested to speak to the store manager and to my relief they agreed to refund my purchase and take the used unit back. Now here is the plus for Lowes, there return policy which I was not familiar with clearly states power equipment must be returned "unused." Wow I caught a break, thank you Lowes for making an exception as I was wrong and you took care of a long time customer!

This Lowe's I tried to return four 5 gallon buckets and they changed their policy so they would not return them. I left them on the counter and I'm never going back there again. I think it's terrible that you change your policy for a 595 bucket, which thousands of people uses. Are you that desperate for money?
