Zach was my kind of salesman - Straight and to the point with a good sense of humor. He was honest and thoughtful in his recommendations. He made it easy. I was in and out with a brand new mattress purchase in about 20 minutes.

We had some reluctance going to any mattress store because we assumed it would be a used car sales-like process. We had tried buying online and had been twice disappointed so I did not want to buy again until we had laid on the mattress we would purchase. John Boevers was very patient and a great listener. We tried 4 mattresses that he felt we would fit us ranging from $500 to $2,200. It was a great overall experience. Delivery was quick as well.

We had a wonderful sales person by the name of Ryan, who was very informative and truly gave us the best bang for our buck! I would highly recommend the mattress firm, especially when they’re having a sale like the great deal we got on our mattresses!!! Ryan was no pressure which I really appreciate in a sales person!
