“I showed up as a walk-in and wasn’t sure what to expect. Immediately when I walked in the door, I was greeted and welcomed by Erin (the owner) and Trinity. Both ladies were Amazing!! They were so kind and helpful, explaining how my particular test worked and what needed to be done to complete it. The check in and testing process was quick and easy!
The facility itself is beautiful, very well lit and clean!! I most definitely recommend Any Lab Test Now in Independence, MO. I will absolutely use them again.

“Excellent with this one exception: The automatic check-in system (with no live assistance available) makes it impossible for older clients with limited computer skills to check in. I witnessed this on my last visit: an older couple tried, shook their heads and started to return to their seats, before I helped them. I would strongly suggest a bell to request assistance or at least a sign (in large print) explaining a procedure (technician will assist them when it is their turn), so that they will not lose their place in line.”
