“Patient FocusedGetting a call from your doctor about an annual CT Scan right before the holidays was not something I wanted on my list for Santa. Being retired and no longer "having" to deal with rush hour traffic I asked for a mid-day appointment. Not being able to accommodate that at their Lee's Summit facility, I was asked if their Blue Springs location would work. Having gone there for a COVIC-19 test about a year and a half ago, I realized it was only a couple of mile farther and would take about the same amount of time. Cool, an appointment was set for a couple of days later.Being right off Adams Dairy Parkway, it was easy to access. In contrast to their Lee's Summit facility, their ample parking lot made parking a breeze. Check in was even easier thanks to their online checkin. Without skipping a beat I was around the corner to Radiology. There I was met with a sign saying, "If you have been waiting more than 15 minutes for your exam, please call 816-251-6145 and speak to a technician." Wow, having sat around waiting rooms for what always seemed to be an eternity, this was a refreshing "life line" for confidence! All those times waiting and wondering were over. Finally someone realized how just an opportunity to find out what was going on and when means to a patient! Long before the 15 minute deadline a friendly technician showed up and ushered me back to the waiting machine. Again, quick and easy the procedure was finished. The technician explained that my results would be provided by my doctor within a couple of days, and wished me a happy holiday season. By the time I got home (I did stop for lunch on the way) I received an email that my results were available on their online portal. 30 minutes later I received a friendly call from my doctor's nurse explaining the results (very positive). It looks like Saint Luke's Multispecialty Clinic-Blue Springs has begun breaking the code to patient communications. That one sign earned them another well deserved star! When given the choice, I will be choosing them for future procedures.”

“Had to get some blood work done every 30 days for a few months, never had an issue with booking an appointment online or viewing the results/faxing/printing them all through their website. People were always kind. Wait times, on occasion, were pretty long (seemingly for no reason), only reason I knocked a star off. But, all in all, a decent establishment.”
