I’m writing this review a week after my event because I recently found my receipt in the car. I asked for 4 balloon bouquets & paid $81.71. I went over in full detail how I wanted the bouquets. None of the balloons were supposed to be separate or assorted “individually”. I simply asked for four bouquets to be placed on four of my daughter’s graduation party tables. I was VERY disappointed at pick up that I did not receive what I paid for and would like the store Manager to call me. I respectively feel as though I should receive at the minimum 1/2 of my money back since what I paid for was not provided. I do not suggest ordering balloons from this Michael’s location if you have an important event.

Warning: Michael's is a vortex of creativity... and despair. I ventured in for some innocent crafting and emerged with a depleted bank account, a glue-stick-induced headache, and a faint scent of glitter on my soul. The aisles are like a maze designed by a sadistic kindergartener, and don't even get me started on the 'inspirational' music playlist that seems to be stuck on repeat. I left with a half-finished birdhouse, a newfound respect for the art of adulting, and a vow to never again attempt to 'get crafty' on a Sunday afternoon.

Quite a large selection of arts and crafts supplies. The store is well-lit and clean. Excellent selection of frames, including a custom frame shop with myriad choices and options.

The cashier was very helpful and she looked up a product that I saw was available online, and she was able to find the aisle the product should be found on.
