Very rude manager "Dana" have been going their almost daily for over 10 years and I will not be treated poorly by him and will never return! He is very confrontational and beyond rude. I would never want someone like this working with customers. I have witnessed this behavior before and apparently cooperate allows this. He should be terminated !

This place has really gone downhill since the manager, Alice, left. The staff has changed yet again. Not only is there a lack of customer service skills there, but a lack of basic communication skills. I’ll be finding somewhere else to go even though I’ll have to go a few miles out of the way.

no food in the morning and if there is some is totally burned. Register says to me: it looks good to me! ? I came back lunch and nothing on the shelves. She wouldn’t even go to the back to get something. I tell her, there is a guy that goes the extra miles and refill the food section if something is missing. But noooo she just cant move any more steps than what she is used to! Plus no coffee. Wt heck. Dont go there is a waste of time.Shame on you! practicing deceptive marketing! Is it 2 for $5 or really 2 for $6 ?I am sure is with everything… 2.99 beef jerky that costs 3.79 at the register!

Not even sure where to start. First of all, their gas pumps are terrible. Even with me holding the handle, it would stop every 20 to 30 cents. It took me 7 minutes to put in 3 gallons of gas. Then I went inside for water which was priced at $1.99. However, it rang up $2.39. When I mentioned that to the employee, he advised me there's nothing he can do without a manager. I told him I was not paying an extra $0.40 because I needed the money more than Minit Mart and it was not my mistake. He told me I could pay it or not get the water so I left. I did loudly advise him to make sure all of their signs are correct, if he could not make it right, to which he smarted off something when I walked out the door and left everyone else in line laughing. Way to treat your customers and make sure they come back! You not only lost me as a customer but also my fellow employees who work right down the street and have been patronizing this establishment for years. Not anymore!

Lazy workers. I stop here frequently on my way to the lake. Never walk out feeling good. Always double check the price at the register. They advertise one price and charge another

I pre-paid $30 from my card to get gas so I can make it where I need to go. I didn’t have another form of payment and the pump wouldn’t give me any gas. Management wouldn’t fix the issue. I couldn’t repay for gas because I had no more money. The refund takes 3 days, and they told me if I asked people outside the store for gas money they would call the police. I SHOULD CALL THE POLICE. I HAVE NO MONEY OR GAS NOW. YOURE A MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I NEED GAS! This company took my money for a 3 day loan and left me with no way to get around. I will be following up with them about this issue until it is resolved. The BBB will be contacted and I’m filing a small claim for theft.

I wish I could give zero stars. Apparently 50-year-olds are not allowed to buy cigarettes at this location if your drivers license is expired three days but regardless of the fact the state has a 90 day grace period because of the pandemic. I will never enter this establishment again nor will anyone in my family and that is sad because it is the closest one to my residence. I hope the 19-year-old young lady felt very powerful by denying me my right to buy cigarettes. I hope that her boss knows she is losing them business. I think she would be a perfect candidate for the DMV.

They carry Godfathers pizza which is GREAT, but you have to show up in person and wait to order. They seldom answer the phone and have lost several pizza orders from our company because of it. Friendly service, good people. They just don't answer phones and to my knowledge there is no other way to order.

Their gas pump tried to charge my card $100. Luckily my bank wouldn’t allow it to go through. Won’t be getting gas there anymore.
